They people were lovely & very helpful. The pool & poolside area in the center of the hotel is incredible. our kids had a great time at the pirate themed water park area inside. The hotel has a coffee & gift shop on site and is conveniently located near the shopping mall & car dealerships. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy for what we needed - as you would expect with the name “Holiday Inn”.

The front desk staff (manager) was professional and accommodating. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the temperature in the room could be set for my personal comfort. The breakfast was delicious and so plentiful. The rooms were spacious and I appreciated how soft the linens were.

the pool area was set up nice except the tiki area wasn’t open but there was a lady just sitting on her phone watching it …. also my son had to jump in and save another guests son from drowning while she didn’t even look up from her phone

It was a very busy weekend to stay at the hotel. Lots of baseball etc games and tournaments going on. Even though the hotel was full of kids. It was very quiet. Pool was busy. Just had to wait until later to use it.

The breakfast was amazing I really enjoyed it. The location is great, I was school clothes shopping for my kids and the mall is right across the street.
